Contract.ee aims to provide a simple and fast way to create loan agreements. The contract sets out the minimum terms for a loan agreement and can be used to regulate the simplest loans between private individuals. For matters not covered by the contract, the Law of Obligations Act and other legislation apply.
Contract.ee and its creators (including OÜ Gathering Solutions, registry code 12213008) and the contracts' legal preparer Justis Õigusbüroo OÜ (registry code 17257795) are not liable for negotiations related to the loan contract, nor for its conclusion, drafting or performance, nor for any other matter related to the contract, including any consequences or claims arising from it. Contract.ee is a contract drafting platform through which a client can draw up a simpler contract, but Contract.ee does not take part in advising the parties or in recommending the most effective means of achieving the contract's purpose.
The parties concluding the contract decide for themselves whether and how they wish to achieve their contractual goal and which terms to include in the contract.
