Contract.ee is a web-based contract generation service provided by Gathering Solutions OÜ (registry code: 12213008). By using the service, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Service Description

Contract.ee enables users to create employment contracts and sales contracts using a web-based form. Users enter the required information and the service generates a ready-made contract document.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information
Not use the service for illegal purposes
Keep account access credentials confidential

4. Legal Validity of Contracts

Contract.ee contract templates are prepared in accordance with Estonian legislation. Generated contracts contain minimal terms. Matters not regulated in the contract are governed by applicable law.

The service does not replace legal advice. For complex contracts or special terms, we recommend consulting a lawyer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gathering Solutions OÜ is not responsible for:

The accuracy of information entered by the user
The suitability of the contract for a specific situation
Indirect damages that may result from using the service

7. Service Modification and Termination

Gathering Solutions OÜ has the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance.

9. Applicable Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court.
