Signing method*
Contract.ee aims to provide a simple and quick way to create employment contracts. The contract contains minimal employment terms and can be used for the simplest employment relationships. Matters not regulated in the contract are governed by the Employment Contracts Act and other legislation.
Contract.ee and its creators (including OÜ Gathering Solutions, registry code 12213008) and the contracts' legal preparer Justis Õigusbüroo OÜ (registry code 17257795) are not liable for negotiations related to the employment contract, nor for its conclusion, drafting, performance, amendment or termination, nor for any other matter related to the employment relationship, including any consequences or claims arising from it. Contract.ee is a contract drafting platform through which a client can draw up a simpler contract, but Contract.ee does not take part in advising the parties or in recommending the most effective means of achieving the contract's purpose.
The parties concluding the contract decide for themselves whether and how they wish to achieve their contractual goal and which terms to include in the contract. When drawing up the contract the parties must follow the Employment Contracts Act and other labour law provisions. For more complex employment contracts or special employment conditions (confidentiality, flexible working time, work under special conditions, extended leave, special compensation schemes, etc.) we recommend seeking legal advice. Our partner Justis Õigusbüroo can help you with contractual matters.
